GOLF ART

Maybe because I'm iced in today that my thoughts
go to warmer weather activities like my passion
for golf. I actually became a landscape painter
so I could paint better golf holes. April is one
of my favorite month's because the Augusta National
is played that month. Below is one of my favorite
golf holes in the entire world, Augusta number 12.
A sneaky little par 3 that will eat your lunch.

I'm glad to see someone else is blogging today, not much else to do with all this snow and ice. This is a beautiful painting. I especially like how you handled the values in your shadows.

Thanks Douglas. Using the time off today to block in a 36" x 48" and to finish up my entry for the OPA show.
